Ride the bus: wireless net to attract commuters
Perhaps internet access will make them happy.
Buses, at least in Boston, are filthy and grossly inefficient. Accidents and shootings are common, although the police are quick to assure uninjured passengers when they were not targeted in gangster-on-gangster hits.
But since buses will be the primary mode of ground transportation in U.N.-defined urban habitats, officials and the media are trying to sweeten the experience for city dwellers.
Motorola, MIT and a supportive Boston Globe (for which I am a columnist) this week made the case for adding wireless internet access and TVs to buses, to lure individuals out of their cars.
They claim that wireless connections between bus riders will foster the growth of urban habitat areas, or “urban gardens,” as sociologist Federico Casalegno called them in the Boston Globe on Sunday (link and excerpt, below).
Casalegno, who had just designed a futuristic-looking prototype bus station at MIT, is collaborating with the university’s “Smart Cities” group, which is headed by the architect and urban planner William J. Mitchell.
But Casalegno’s real job (which the Globe article does not mention) is working for Motorola, where he is a manager.
Motorola’s and Mitchell’s plans do not allow for weekend excursions to the country, let alone opportunities to reside permanently outside the city.
But ubiquitous wireless connections will benefit Motorola, and a Sovietized transportation system will help cities such as Boston comply with the U.N.’s Agenda 21.
In his book, “e-topia,” Mitchell describes future urban centers “characterized by live/work dwellings and 24-hour pedestrian-scale neighborhoods,” according to his publisher.
And Motorola’s current vision, according to Monday’s Financial Times, is “seamless connectivity”: access to information “at any time, on any device, and anywhere.”

You have some excellent material. I’ve been linking back to you quite frequently lately. The planning involved is crazy. Wireless technology is a great way to sell convenience to the masses. Are we really going to let these habitat areas happen?
The habitat areas will happen, because the public are so brainwashed and docile.
All these *authorised* ‘anti-NWO’ gurus love to tell us about the problems, but never offer any viable solutions!!
They are preaching to the converted…
If the masses were ever going to win, the real fight should have started about ten years ago.

I don’t know I seem to be doing an ok job of helping people see. Truth is not an easy thing to teach. It really does have to be spoon fed like Alan Watt says. However the young is where my efforts are being concentrated. It seems to be working for the most part on my side.
I don’t bother with most older people because they are set in their ways. Those only get bits and pieces. I’ll keep doing what I’m doing in the mean time because it seems to be having an effect.
Edwin, you are certainly to be commended for trying to ‘awaken’ people, but let’s be realistic here- the masses are dead-meat!
In the meantime, approved ‘patriot’ movements will fleece those whom look for leaders in times of crisis. How can we counter the incessant onslaught of controlled media brainwashing? There are CCTV cameras everywhere, mobile (cell) ‘phone towers all over; the ‘elite’ control the police and armies; they control the food- they even control the weather! What are we going to do, send online petitions to freemasonic politicians. Vote for Ron Paul?? LOL… right. Even if he was ‘ligitimate’, I’d like to see a single man over-turn the well-laid plans of the global ‘elite’.
The masses are like clay- they’ve already been shaped/moulded- it’s time to light the kiln…
I too try to ‘awaken’ people, but I know that we are fighting a losing (nay, LOST) battle.
As Alan says, what are we trying to hold on to(?)- it isn’t even our system- the globalists are welcome to it. Society at large is pretty sick and immoral, thanks to the controlled media and child indoctrinational centres (schools). It’s a fate accompli- we lost before we were born.
Where did I say I was involved with the patriot movement. I don’t even like Ron Paul and I don’t care much for government. The JBS imo is just another movement where they herd the patriot types into thinking they can save their fake republic.
I’m by no means holding on to the system. In fact I would like to live without being bothered but then that would make me an idealist.
If you listen to what the man you mentioned actually said I recall him saying the few are the ones that change things not the bulk of the masses.
I was once one of the sleeping few not too long ago. There are many who want truth in the world but don’t know where to look. I was fortunate enough to find someone who helped me along.
It looks bleak Realist but destroying something is easier than creating it. The “great work” can end quicker than people think. However it takes activism to do it. What good is knowing the information and not using? I’ll keep doing what I can while I have the energy and youth to do it. I’ve had some success with my own family and friends and online as well.
Don’t forget who the elite fear the reproducing masses turning against them.
Sorry Edwin, I did not mean to imply that you were part of the so called patriot movement. I certainly don’t wish to imply that you would support Ron Paul either! Hopefuly, like me, you’re beyond puppet politics.
My patriot movement/Ron Paul comments are a slight at the Alex Jones followers really. The Alex Jones Show can be pretty informative, but largely he leads people off into fantasy land, and also concentrates on the subjects that the ‘elite’ want him too. He’s side-tracking people with rubbish about illegal immigrants, and ‘911′ at the moment (almost daily).
Anyway, well done for trying to make people listen- if only we could make them pull the plug on the TV too…

I was introduced to Alex Jones a short while ago, I did think he was interesting but the parallels between his presentation and propaganda are all too obvious.
Although he can be informative I feel that there is too much energy spent on 9/11, although monstrous that event is one of many of the crimes of the ‘elite’.
I’ve been using youtube to find videos making fun of Bush, Blair etc and if I can post a poignant comment I do.

To all you Bloggers, I tip my hat to all of you on your opinions, about Ron Paul, Alex Jones and about this great website of Alans. You are all semi correct about the statements you made, especially about Ron Paul and A.J. My comments on both of those fine folks at the bottom of my reply.
Certainly I agree totally with Mr. Watt that we are in hell going into the fires of it. I have been studing the NWO and listening to Alan for 2 years I have spoken to him twice and he is the kindest man on the airwaves so humble for a man with the knowledge he has. Other talk show hosts can & sometimes are less then truthful. The system was stolen from us centuries back with the elite accumalating power & weatlth to the point where we are today. The SYSTEM is totally broken down for us ready for iminent collapse. Alan Watt says it the way it is and all his predictions is shaping up and has developed like he said. He has a great mind and has a great heart unlike the users of our society like the governments, churches and organizations who say they have our best interest at heart. The greater Deppression is only a stone away.
Major food shortages and bread lines are about to begin. Gas now holding the line for a week or two, will start to spike up to $15 a gallon. Get ready for the hell to unleash. Food riots, the National Grid being turned off, the internet being cut off. The poisionous RFID Chip implanted to get and keep a job if you can get one, just to go on the bread lines afterward. All these talk hosts and Ron Paul have their take on what they believe is most important at this time. 9-11 is very important to A.J. because he is trying to wake up as many as he can using 9-11 as a wake up call to the simple minded if they can be waken up at all, and he has been very instrumental in the truth movement. I love Alex and he has his mindset and should NOT be criticized because he covers every topic imagined , but he needs NOW to tell people to PREPARE FOR THE WORSE which he does but needs to focus more ON Preparation in case men like Ron Paul who is the best canidate for President don’t get in. Ron Paul can & would do a lot but would be blocked continuously from all angles in Congress and the CFR. THEY WOULD MAKE HIM FA IL. We like Ron Paul, but it’s not going to happen. It’s to late.
